Local Duties & Taxes

PLEASE NOTE: Duties and taxes are included unless your item is manufactured outside the EU. Bask Clothing Co. cannot guarantee you will have to pay or will be exempt from Duties and Taxes charged by your country's (including Ireland's) Revenue and Customs service.

Shipping

Q: Tell me about shipping and extra costs.

A: Shipping for the majority of items is within 14-21 working days. Where a delivery partner fails to make a delivery to you and, as a result, your order is returned, we will make a charge to you for the costs we incur in sending the item to you and in paying for its return. We will issue you with a refund upon receipt of the parcel for the amount remaining after the deduction of these charges. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for a delay in the parcel being returned to us or if the courier failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. In these cases please contact the delivery company directly.

Returns

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@baskclothingco.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 13715, Glenageary, Co. Dublin.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
